Viviane is a French coach living in Spain since 1996.
She manages her own consulting firm: Viviane Launer, Coaching & Development .
As Director and Coach she specialises in Organisational and Personal Development (Career Guidance, Coaching, Support Trough Change).

She began her career as a manager in two big multinational industrial companies in Paris.
For the past 20 years she has been working for small companys to multinationals from all over the world (French, Swiss, British, American, Spanish, German, Japanese...)
She has been working as a coach for more than 10 years, focusing on career coaching, personal development and organisational development.
She has also worked with people in international transition.

Since 2001, her keyfocus is on top executive coaching as a strategic tool in managing changes to improve employees and customers satisfaction, as global performance of organisations.

Her origins and profesional experience in different countries gave her a particular know how in managing difficult and multicultural environments.

She promotes coaching in medias such as radio or television, as well as in international conferences.
She is active member of europeans networks which goal is to be warrant of the high quality and new developments coaching requires.

She is founder and President of the International Coach Federation (ICF)

She as a degree in Education Science and has certificates in a number of advanced professional courses including NLP (Master of NeuroLinguistic Programming), Communication Management, Transactional Analysis Advanced executive coaching Skills and Coaching for Management Teams, International Team Facilitation and Coaching.
